The sample photos which I attached to my request have not been included, what might be the reason?

The photos you attach to your request should not exceed 10 MB and should be in jpeg format. If you believe that there is no problem with the photos, you can send them to [e-mail] address with the request number. Our customer relations team will update your request and inform you as soon as possible.
