Do service providers have the authority to remove negative reviews about themselves?

Not only good but also bad reviews are published on HomeRun. By using this method, HomeRun helps customers make the most accurate selection regarding their requests. Customers have the authorization to make a review and only HomeRun is authorized to approve, publish or remove them. In case of a negative review, the customer may decide to modify their review when provided service compensation by the service provider.
