You can reach up to support@homerun.co.uk to unsubscribe using the registered email address on your account. If there is no "-" or "+" balance on your account (if your balance is zero), membership will be canceled based on your e-mail. However, if you have a "+" balance on your account, you will get the refund first. If you have "-" balance, your membership will be canceled after depositing money into your balance.
