The probability of selecting one of the quotes received within the first 60 minutes following the creation of the request by the customer is 5 times more than the probability of selecting a quote which is submitted on the second day. The request is automatically closed by the system after a maximum of 4 service providers submit their quotes. However, requests remain open for up to 72 hours in case less than 4 quotes were received. To increase the probability of winning a job we recommend that you quote for service requests as soon as you receive them.
